Mundus Afrique is an integrated energy development company aimed at delivering fast and affordable gas and renewable power projects in Africa with a much lower CO2 impact on the continent.
Mundus Afrique’s vision is to make a positive impact on climate change while enabling affordable power access to the underserved and to industry, noting that Africa needs to industrialize and lower emissions at the same time to meet its Sustainable Development Goals.
Mundus Afrique’s goal for sub-Saharan Africa in the next ten years is to reduce CO2 emissions from power generation by 10% (3 million tons) and to add 5GW of electricity from clean sources.

Mundus Afrique Serves as Transaction Advisor for Abidjan FSRU Project
Mundus Afrique served as Transaction Advisor for the Abidjan FSRU project announced by EXMAR on 17 September 2026. EXMAR has entered into agreements with CI-Energies and PETROCI for the 10-year lease, operation and maintenance of a 152,000 m³, 250 MMSCFD Floating Storage & Regasification Unit in the Port of Abidjan. LNG imports are expected from Q3 2027, with regasified LNG delivered to CI-Energies for electricity production.
